Sanpo is the opening track of the Studio Ghibli tribute album, Kyary Pamyu Pamyu's Ghibli Set.[1] It was produced by Maid Boys, who also produced two other songs for Kyary Pamyu Pamyu's Ghibli Set.
Background and Release[]
All of the songs in the album are remixes of tracks from Studio Ghibli songs, and Sanpo is a remix of a piece of music from the Studio Ghibli movie My Neighbor Totoro. The original track from My Neighbor Totoro is also titled 'Sanpo', which roughly translates to a relaxing or enjoyable walk. The official English translation of the original track from the movie is 'Stroll'.
